INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTING CALENDAR

To have your district inspection or reception invitation included with the Worthy Grand Matron's itinerary, you must send a copy of the invitation to the webmaster:

Instructions for use of Google Calendar:

The calendar default window is one month, but it can be changed individually to view by the week or in Agenda format. Agenda format will be more like the previous calendar if that's what you want to see. Settings for this option is on the top right of the calendar.

The calendar must be printed using the print button on the calendar and not the print button on the web browser.

To get a print out of the events, with descriptions, you will need to click on Agenda view first.

If I have been given times they will be listed. If not, there will be a blue bar indicating all day.

Then click on the print button and in the options, select the range of dates you want up to the 10 days, or select through the end of the year. Choices for the print range are "Today Only" Three, Five, Seven, or 10 Days or Current year.

You can select the Print Descriptions if you want, but this just shows the URL with the link to the invitation.

This should give you a print out of the events.

On occasion, if you have printed the calendar and then try to print it again, it doesn't want to show any events. If this happens, close out your browser completely and start again. The events should come up when printing.
